Seems to be that students here in America quickly join causes around the world to seem sympathetic, but the fear is that they do not understand what is actually going on. The situation between Palestine and Israel has a deep rooted history, one that is VERY complicated, and has economical, historical, religious, and political ramifications. But for these students, is simple. Putting complete blame on one side in a complex situation is irrational and completely absurd. Why is it that these kind of demonstrations tend to happen on college campuses? What is it about the campus environment that leads students to take such extreme stances? What truly is interesting is how normal it is for college students to stand up and be radical for random causes and are actually applauded, but how closed-minded and intolerant students are labeled when they stand up for the TRUTH, that Jesus Christ died for our sins, and faith in Him, and Him alone, is our only hope for forgiveness of sins and eternal life with our Maker. Just another reason for the need for revival to take place on our college campuses.
